Bookings
To receive these special rates, you may reserve your room by e-mail (rezervace@diplomathotel.cz) - fill in your name, arrival and departure dates, room type, conference name (INSOURCE) and your credit card number. Hotel reservations should be made prior to December 31, 2007. Thereafter, this special rate will be offered on a space and rate availablity basis only. The credit card information is required to guarantee the hotel reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Hotel accepts cancellations up until 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations received later than 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged an amount equal to one night's stay.
Transfer services
All clients who have requested transfer services will be contacted and picked up at the airport by hotel drivers. Please, call +420 296 559 117 to inform hotel reception of all possible travel changes. Transfers will be charged to your hotel bill (EUR 17).

450 CZK (EUR 15) per night
