Abstract:

Contemporary management of marketing and sales takes place in the real time. Development on the markets often calls for immediate reaction. The purpose of the contribution is to introduce information needs regarding the marketing and sales processes from the point of view of various levels of management /strategic, tactical, operational and new types of information in order to satisfy these needs. The presentation of these information – i.e. reporting – is also a key factor of success. New types of information make it possible to use new types of methods and procedures which will be introduced, including the presentation of their potential.

About author:

PhDr. Lenka Mynářová is a graduate of Philosophical Faculty of UK in Prague. She has been studying the area of marketing analysis since 1991. At present time, she is in charge of projects in the area of marketing, sales and company strategy in Central and Eastern Europe. She specialises in CRM, Brand Management and marketing Controlling.
